No work will commence until the deposit has been received or invoices have been paid in full. 3.4. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services. In the event of late payment, statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate may be applied, along with a fixed late payment fee as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2013. 3.5.
